Pre-Order Collection

Love it before it's here! Our Pre-Order Collection allows you to reserve your favorite pieces before they arrive in stock.

Please read before placing your order:

• Estimated Shipping: Orders ship within 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

• Full Payment Required: Payment is collected in full at checkout to reserve your item.

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your preorder within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, preorders cannot be canceled or modified, as production and ordering have already begun.

• Shipping Times: The estimated shipping timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally vary due to supplier or carrier delays beyond our control.

• Mixed Orders: If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once the preorder item is available unless you make separate orders for in-stock & preorder products.

• Limited Availability: Preorder items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out.

• Returns: Once delivered, preorder items are eligible for returns unless they are custom made for a specific name or a size. Returns should be made within 7 days upon delivery. 

• Address Changes: Please contact us immediately if your shipping address changes before your order ships.

• Order Updates: We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your preorder is dispatched.
